Badminton in DLSS is a recreational activity. The pupils are taught basic skills such as service, lob, drop and smash. Besides the rules of the game, pupils also learn about sportsmanship and the values of fair play, teamwork and discipline. The basic skills learnt will equip the pupils to play a game of badminton with confidence and also serve as a fun fitness activity.

Our Lasallians are taught the skills and rules of the game during the CCA sessions. They will also learn about sportsmanship and the values of fair play, teamwork and discipline through playing basketball. Additional activities such as friendly matches are included for a wholesome education.

Rugby is one of the character-building sports that fosters courage, fitness, team effort and togetherness. Regular participation not only increases muscular strength and fitness, it can develop mental skills of self-control and discipline.

Wushu is a Chinese martial art. A person who practices Wushu is more flexible, has better coordination and concentration. Wushu is also a form of self-defence.
